Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We found a success case of the risk-crisis-linked management. That is the case where a company operating home centers contributed to the restoration of communities from the earthquake disaster. Because this company was carefully preparing for a possible crisis, almost all employees escaped injury and could quickly restart the operation of their stores. That was a great help to communities for their recovery. In this case, we have to pay attention to the important role internal auditors played. We can understand that the steadily activities of internal auditors made a successful risk-crisis-linked management.
