Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study aims to explore the vulnerability on friendship among present-day adolescents.Surveys toward senior high school and college students to confirm the structure of "commu-phobic tendency"scale. The results yielded that adolescetns who showed high in "withdraw from others" subscale had high anxiety with emotional close others rather than with emotionally distant ones.On the other hand, adolescents who showed high in "to feel difficulties to moderate their relationship" subscale had high anxiety at the situation with emotionally distant others. These results suggest that the "withdraw from others" subscale shows the fundamental characteristics of the commu-phobic tendency, while the subscale of "to feel difficulties to moderate their relationship" shows the characteristics of common anthropophobic tendency.
