| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I analyzed trials over privatization of nursery schools in this study. As a result, I found following three points.
1. The parents built the logic of development security of child, while the governments construct the logic of financial reform. 2. But both logic was incomplete. 3. The judgements of the court were divided into two, but the logic of development security of child functioned effectively, too.
And I found that the frame of discorse changes between courts and assemblies.
