coarse幾何構造を導入した一般のproper距離空間およびCAT(0)群のヒルベルト空間への埋蔵問題の研究を行った。この研究に関連してsmall幾何学における埋蔵問題の研究を平行して行い、研究論文
Surfaces in products on two curves, Topology and its Applications, 196(2015), 618―640 (with
J. Krasinkiewicz and S. Spiez)
を発表した。
研究成果を発表するために幾何学的トポロジーの伝統ある国際学会 DubrovnikVIII - Geometric Topology, Geometric Group Theory and Dynamical Systems (2015, June 22 ― 26, Dubrovnik, Croatia) へ参加して招待講演"Characterization of n-dimensional compacta in the product of n curves"を行った。The 1st Pan Pacific International Conference on Topology and its Applications (2015, November 25 ― 30, Zhang Zhou, China) で、招待講演"A role of Whyburn Factorization Theorem in Dimension Theory"を行った。
J. Dydak (テネシー大・アメリカ)とS. Spiez (ポーランド科学アカデミー数学研究所・ポーランド)を招聘してcoarse幾何学と次元論の関わりについて共同研究を行い、第８回早稲田幾何学的トポロジー研究集会(2015年9月4-5日, 早稲田大学) を開催した。
