最小二乗問題の反復解法と逆問題への応用

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

最小二乗問題の反復解法の開発と応用に関しては、内部反復前処理GMRES法に関する収束解析と数値実験に関する論文がトップジャーナルに掲載され、プログラムを公開した。また、内部反復前処理をしたGMRES法、CG法、MINRES法を、線形計画問題を主双対内点法による解法で生じる悪条件な連立一次方程式の解法に適用し、従来のCholesky法による直接解法よりも安定に解が求まることを示し、国内学会で発表し、国際学会発表および英文論文誌への投稿を準備している。さらに、高速自動微分を用い、ヤコビアン計算を要しない非線形最小二乗問題の反復解法で生じる連立一次方程式に対して、重みつきヤコビ内部反復前処理をしたGMRES法を適用し、その有用性を確認し、国際学会発表および英文論文誌への投稿を準備している。
劣決定逆問題のためのCluster Newton法の改良に関しては、追加観測データを用いてパラメターを絞り込む方法に関する論文が英論文に掲載された。
制約付き最小二乗問題の反復解法の開発に関しては、英論文誌に論文を投稿し、国内外の学会で発表した。更に、箱型制約付きの最小二乗問題の反復解法を開発し、国内学会で発表した。
対称特異な連立一次方程式の前処理付き反復解法の開発に関しては、Eisenstat-SSOR法による右前処理MINRES法を開発し、国内学会で発表し、和文論文誌への投稿を準備している。
