非対称・速度依存型ヒステリシスのモデリング・高精度制御及びその応用

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究において、まず、非対称・速度依存型ヒステリシスの制御設計に利用できるような新型モデルを提案した。そして、ヒステリシスの近似逆を求めずに、その出力を高精度で制御する非線形適応法を提案した。特に、超磁歪アクチュエータの高周波出力追跡制御を実現するための制御手法を開発した。それから、ヒステリシスの非線形特性を生かし、非対称・速度依存型ヒステリシスを含む動的システムのグロバールなロバスト非線形制御法を設計した。さらに、本研究で開発した非線形適応制御法を超高精度位置決め装置ナノポジショナへ応用し、更なる高精度かつ高適応性を実現した。
