We purified Mu phage tailfiber (gp49-gp50 complex) and neck subunit (gp36). We also crystallize them and determined their three dimensional structure. Tailfiber consisted of trimer of beta-strand and beta-helix. Neck gp36 was monomer and did not formed ring sturcture
