| Research Abstract |
Werner症候群、ならびに健常者対照群の血清、合計200例のBioPlex multiple cytokine 27種類、高感度CRP,MMP9のすべての測定は、すでに完了しており、高感度CRPの健常者加齢(0歳から100歳まで）による有意な相関につき、Exp Gerontol47(2012)936-939.にAging-assocated inflammation in healthy Japanese individuals and patients with Werner syndromeを、 ならびに、BioScience Trends 7(2013)13-22. にWerner syndrome:A changing pattern of clinical manifestations in Japan(1917-2008)を発表し、2013年6月、韓国ソウルで開催された、国際老年病学会に招待され、Aging-associated inflammation in healthy Japanese individuals and patients with Werner syndrome,並びにChanging pattern of agassociated pathologies in Werner syndromeの２演題を発表した。
現在、200例のBioPlex multiple cytokine、27種類の加齢による変化、ならびにMMP9の加齢による変化を統計学者の協力を得て解析中であり、今年度中に論文化を目指している。また、国際学会で報告する予定である。

Reason
27種類のサイトカイン、200例のサンプルでの測定は終了している。
解析に膨大な時間がかかっているが、今年度中には、まとめて数編の論文が作成できると考えている。
予定どうりの進行で、かつ、予想どうりの結果が出つつあり、これまで提案してきた、「炎症老化」の概念をさらに補強できる研究成果だと考えている。

これまで提唱してきた「炎症老化」の概念をさらに補強し、普及させるべく、これまですこしずつ行ってきた遺伝子解析を進めていこうと考えている。解析するサンプルは、すべて準備できている。
