Outline of Final Research Achievements

Advances in gastrointestinal endoscopic technology have resulted in many new diagnostic equipment. The aim of computer-aided gastrointestinal endoscopy-based diagnosis is to provide objectivity and allow non-expert endoscopists to achieve high diagnostic accuracy. We developed a computer-aided system for identifying gastrointestinal tumor quantitatively on image-enhanced magnifying endoscopy images.
