We make an experiment with interstitial cystitis model to certificate the association between microglia and Lower Urinary Tract Symption .
Microgia is stained more than control model by activation makers; GFAP、Iba1、Ox-18、AB144P. Microglia is acivated in interstitial cystitis model. It shows Central sensitization mechanism with microglia is concern with hypersensitivity of bladder.We make a microarray.some gene in interstitial cystitis model are expressed more than in control model. It shows gene of activated maicroglia is included in these.
