Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In the research, we aimed to build a prediction model for the fellow eye involvement of age-relate macular degeneration using genome information, and physiological or morphological feature of photo receptor. Throughout the 3-year research period, we corrected the general predicting factors, genotypes associated with AMD and images obtained with adaptive optics scanning laser ophthalmoscope. We analyzed the data comprehensively to make the prediction model.
