| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We made a survey on nursing system aiming to retain clinical nurses during pregnancy and child-rearing in the work place. The results showed that for married pregnant clinical nurses, it is very important to support them so that they can have sufficient sleep with high-quality leading to recovery from their fatigue. In addition, pregnant clinical nurses and those during child-rearing are more satisfactorily supported through a combination of individual nurse’s consciousness and well-considered work control by nurse middle managers.
