研究成果の概要(和文)
助産師の専門的自律性を測定するための尺度を開発した。助産師の自律性を構成する3つの因子を決定し15項目が精選された。第1因子は7項目で「助産ケアの判断・認知能力」、第2因子は5項目で「助産ケアの実践能力」、第3因子は3項目で「助産師職として維持・発展能力」とした。また、すべての因子において、経験年数を重ねるごとに点数が上昇していた。専門職として自律性を持つためには、第1因子および第2因子は必要な要素であり、そこに第3因子が加わることで専門職として自律性を持つことになると考えられる。本尺度を用いることにより、病院・病棟管理者が助産師業務の理解やスタッフの実践能力を把握する際の有効なツールとして活用できる。
研究成果の概要(英文)
Professional autonomy scale of midwife was developed.Three factors which construct midwife autonomy and 15 questions were decided.The first factor, recognition and judgment abilities of midwifery care, includes 7 questions, the second factor, practice ability of midwifery care, includes 5 questions and the third factor, maintenance and development ability of midwife, includes 3 questions. In the all factors, more experience results higherscore.Professional autonomy scale of midwife．To provide an agent for improving cognitive performance including all of sense, perception, recognition, judgement, action and suppression based on a higher brain function by administration for a short time.
