Research Abstract |
We established a sensitive method for detecting clock genes at single cell levels in cells derived from human lymphocyte. We collected cells by cell sorter, and RNA isolation and reverse transcription to make cDNA at single step. We have established a method to detect all clock genes at the level of single cells in the peripheral blood.
