Research Abstract |
We have succeded to develope that using in vivo fluorescence tomography equipment, CTB-Alexa 750 as a fiber tract tracer can be followed in vivo even in deep structures. Until now, our methods using CTB-Alexa 555 can only show coritical surface connections. This is the great development, especially, connection are concerned with deep brain region (e.g., amygdala, basal ganglia, hippocampus, thalamus, mideial prefrontal cortex, cingulate). Especially, function of connected area can be electrophysiologically examined.
