Research Abstract |
The following conclusions were obtained in this project. Appropriate cyclic stretching stimulation definitely promotes differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells. In addition, cultivating cells in a similar environment in vivo is pretty effective for the cellular differentiation and extracellular matrix formation.
