Research Abstract |
Transition metal complexes with “picnic basket” shaped structures bearing bridged polymethylene unit were prepared. Regioselective intramolecular CH-metal (d orbital) interaction was observed. Remote controlling of the position of C-H activation can be performed by tuning of methylene spacer length and the structure of ligands.
