Outline of Annual Research Achievements

試作した観察巣箱を用いて、ミツバチ―コロニーにおける炭素の流入、流出、貯留速度のデータ取得、コロニー内外環境の測定、を行った。これらの成果を統合し、気候変動下の行動変容による環境適応性の評価を実施した。炭素流入、貯留、流出量：流入量については、1時間につき5分間、帰巣ミツバチ数をビデオ画像から手動により計測した。その結果を解析することで、1日の炭素流入量を代表できる時間帯を抽出し、長期の流入量変動を求めた。炭素放出量については、巣内のCO2濃度の変動、巣から外部へのCO2拡散速度から単位時間ごとに求め、のちにこれらを積算することで、1日単位、より長期間の放出量を算出した。コロニー内外環境については、1分毎にロガーに記録されている温度、湿度の各種センサのデータを用いてコロニー内外の温度、湿度環境の変動を求めた。さらに姫路市の気象台から、毎日の天候データを取得した。エネルギーの流入には明瞭な日変化が見られ、夏では夕方、秋は昼に集中して増加した。外気温と1日の総流入量との間には正の相関が認められ、直線式で近似することができた。そこで、外気温の経時データを用いて長期のエネルギー流入量を推定した結果、エネルギー流入量は夏から秋にかけて小さくなった。CO2濃度の変化から推定された1日の総エネルギー流出量は外気温の低下に伴って直線的に増加し、夏から秋にかけて大きくなった。また、エネルギー流入量から流出量を差し引いて求められた、エネルギーの蓄積量の積算値は、巣箱の重量と正の直線関係が認められた。
