Outline of Annual Research Achievements

当該年度はバクテリオファージの効果およびそのメカニズムの解析に必要な乳腺上皮細胞におよぼすバクテリオファージの効果について検証した。本研究では、ホルスタイン種雌牛由来の正常な乳腺上皮細胞の培養系において、バクテリオファージの影響を解析した。その結果、炎症時における主要なサイトカインであるインターロイキン１、インターロイキン6、インターロイキン8、TNFαのｍRNA発現量において変化は確認されなかった。また、乳腺上皮細胞の増殖能、およびMTTassayにおいても、有意な変化は確認されなかった。
