Research Abstract |
Although transcriptional regulation involved in osteoclast differentiation has extensively studied, epigenetics in osteoclasts have poorly understood. Our studies have demonstrated that methyltransferase enzyme whose expression is increased during osteoclastogenesis play an important role in osteoclast differentiation.
