| Research Abstract |
Anergy induction in Th cells is quite important for the regulation of inflammatory response. However, molecular mechanisms in the induction of anergy phenotype is remain unclear. I tried to clarify the contribution of long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) in the regulation of anergy induction in Th1 cells.
After DNA microarray and realtime PCR analysis, 27 lncRNAs that specifically upregulated by ionomycine stimulation, were identified. However, in the shRNA-mediated knockdown analysis against the selected three lncRNAs, no lncRNA contribution was observed in the regulation of anergy induction in Th1 cells.
