Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Informed consent (IC) has been emphasized as patients-centered medical care. However, it cannot be said that it is a process to share consent truly between patients and medical staff because each medical facility can only contrive ways to improve the IC. In this study, based on our established clinical framework consist of Airway(A), Breathing(B), Circulation(C), Dysfunction of central and peripheral nervous system(D), additionally, Infection/Inflammation/DIC(I), Nutrition(N), rehabilitation(R), Family(F), and transfer/transport/discharge(T), we developed standardized IC tools, particularly difficult to obtain IC, by multiregional study.
