| Research Abstract |
15歳から29歳までの双極性障害(Bipolar Disorder, BD）患者46名、自閉症スペクトラム障害（Autism Spectrum Disorder)患者50名、健常対照者68名を対象とした検討のうち、Rorchach test（Ro test）の解析の結果の論文化を行った。MRI画像の解析、および強迫症状を評価するDimensional-Yale Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale, DY-BOCS）の解析は進行中である。3種の自閉症傾向を評価する質問紙（Autism-spectrum Quotient, AQ; Empathy Quotient, EQ; Systemizing Quotient, SQ）の結果とRo testの結果との関連性を行った。Ro testの142の変数のうち、健常群とBD群およびASD群との間で有意差を認めたFM得点とPure F%得点は、AQ総得点と有意な相関関係、あるいは逆相関関係にあった。次の段階として、AQの各質問の因子分析の先行研究から得られた4因子を本研究に採用し、ASD群、BD群、健常群の間の比較を判別分析にて行い、ASD群と健常群の間の重なりはほとんどなく、BD群は他の2群の間に位置し、両群とある程度の重なりを有していることを見出した。ASD群とBD群は強迫様症状により近似している可能性を考え、DY-BOCSの結果を加えた検討を行っている。

Reason
Rorchach test、MRI撮像、Dimensional Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale、3種の自閉症傾向を評価する質問紙（Autism-spectrum Quotient, Empathy Quotient, Systemizing Quotient）の対象者への施行はすでに終了しており、現在、その解析を行っている。また、１つの論文化も終えている。

収集を終えた前述のデータの解析を行い、Bipolar disorderおよびAutism Spectrum Disorderの近縁性を検討していく。

| Expenditure Plans for the Next FY Research Funding |
論文化に必要な英文校正が不要になったこと、対象者の確保ができたため、謝金の支払いの一部が不要になったことのため、当該の次年度使用額が発生した。
論文作成に重点を置き、その英文校正などの出版費に使用する予定である。
