Research Abstract |
For future clinical application, we tried to convert a mouse fibroblast into nerve cells and examined a method to derive it, in order to isolate GABAergic nerve cells. We prepared neuropathic pain model mice for intrathecal administration of the separation cells on a trial basis, to consider whether neuropathic sharp pain would be reduced.
