| Research Abstract |
This study was conducted toward the elucidation of meiotic control mechanism via RNA splicing. 1)I was searching for a group of heterogeneous nuclear RNA is an mRNA precursor attempts to get meiosis-specific, the XY body-specific splicing target hnRNA, binds to Rbmy.To perform a detailed examination of conditions RNA-protein co-immunoprecipitation method using Rbmy in spermatogonia-derived cell lines NEC14, were successfully identified some of hnRNA Rbmy join group.2)
Attempts to produce the shRNA expression knockdown mice targeting Rbmy, was investigated conditions at the cellular level by building a knock-down vector.It was constructed in the vector to be controlled by the pol II to control knockdown tissue-specific manner.
