Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, we have developed novel fluorescent probes to visualize protein-protein interactions at the super-resolution. The probes get fluorescent only when protein-protein interactions take place. We also conducted protein engineering of a blue light photoreceptor and explored a novel near-infrared fluorescent proteins for long-term, super-resolution imaging of living cells.
