| Research Abstract |
LGR5 splicing variants were expressed in the epithelium of ileum, ascending colon, transverse colon, sigmoid colon, and rectum. HEK293 cells which were overexpressed total LGR5 or splicing variant LGR5 grows slowly in splicing variant overexpressed cells. Wnt signal was activated in splicing variant overexpressed cells. Splicing variant LGR5s were expressed in the upper of CBC using in situ hybridization assay.
