Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We developed a two-step dimension-reduction method to analyze high-dimensional and high intra correlational brain imaging data. A simulation study showed more significant advantage for the proposed method comparing with existing methods. We show that the proposed method offers classification functions with feasibility and reasonable prediction accuracy in studies of Alzheimer’s and Parkinson's disease.
