Research Abstract |
Though ARHGEF10 (guanine exchange factor) is known as GEF for Rho family protein which is related to the regulation of actin cytoskeleton, the function of ARHGEF10 had been unknown. Because it was necessary to obtain the basal functional information of ARHGEF10 before starting the functional analysis of ARHGEF10 in the Schwann cells, we carried out the research about the cytoplasmic localization of ARHGEF10 and ARHGEF10 depleted cells. These research indicated that ARHGEF10 localized at the vesicles which is transported from golgi-apparatus to plasmamembrane and the function of ARHGEF10 is related to the cytoplasmic transport of the exocytosed vesicles.
