Outline of Final Research Achievements |
The aim of this study is to clarify whether mental stress state can be assessed using behavioral and physiological data measured during daily life. We measured subjects’ body acceleration, heart rate variability, home sensor signals, and subjective mental state scores during daily life for three months. The data analysis results imply that some objective behavioral and physiological indices are related to subjective depression, fatigue, tension, and bad life event.
