Research Abstract |
We have developed docetaxel-embedded magnetoliposome (DML) and reported its feasibility for tumor local chemo-hyperthermia with induction heating. In our report, this treatment have seemed to be effective not only to tumor local but also to metastatic lymph node. We examined whether this treatment was feasible also for metastatic lymph node or not in this study. DMLs were not accumulated in metastatic lymph nodes as our expected, thus, we newly developed micro-bubble liposome. We clarified its effectiveness for more accumulation to metastatic lymph node than DML. We have continued this study using micro-bubble liposome.
