Research Abstract |
DNA is a powerful tool for creating nanosized architectures and devices owing to its synthetic accessibility and ability to self-assemble. We designed and synthesized a novel H-shaped DNA oligonucleotide dimer cross-linked with a rigid linker. The formation of these motifs was observed via native polyacryla-mide gel analysis and a fluorescence resonance energy transfer experiment using labeled DNA.
