| Research Abstract |
This research program studied with a focus on the case of Jean Cavailles how science came to be understood by philosophy, what kind of point the understanding changed at in comparison with scientific understanding in the philosophy before it and what kind of relation the understanding had with other ways of thinking in cultural and social region of that time in Europe during the interwar period of the early 20th century.
