Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In this study, I paid my attention to the conception of communication and investigated the condition that deliberative democracy could get rightness and legitimacy. The main work is divided in three parts as follow. First, based on the theory of Habermas who is a pioneer of modern discourse ethics and communication theory, I found out the thought genealogy among Weber, Jaspers and Arendt. Second, I argue that the conception of communication have attributed to the new theory approach as “philosophizing”, which is differed from understanding to conventional classic “philosophy”. Third, according to such perspectives, the condition building legitimacy and rightness in deliberation can be constructed under the “communication” which emphasize on human plurality with the behavior of individual “philosophizing”.
