| Outline of Final Research Achievements |
I gathered related literature from Japan and other countries, read it for comprehension, and then clarified the main points. I also visited relevant facilities in Japan in order to expand my knowledge. For my research output, I translated an English-language book entitled Design-Driven Innovation and had it published. Thus, I was able to ascertain the approaches that foreign researchers apply to this topic.
Furthermore, I wrote joint papers every year and had a total seven papers published in university journals between 2012 and 2014. Periodically publishing papers in this way subjected my research to peer review, which helped me to determine points that were lacking.
September 2014 saw publication of my co-authored book, Design by Management, which compensated for those shortcomings. In 2015, my final year, I authored a conclusive paper that was duly published.
