青少年の自傷行為のリスク要因の検討と援助方法の考案

Research Abstract

本研究の目的は、青少年の自傷行為のリスク要因について、心理的な側面、対人関係の要因の側面及び行動上の問題の側面から検討を行うことである。具体的には、中学生を対象に質問紙調査を行い、結果から、自傷行為者の特徴を明らかにし、自傷行為のリスク要因について検討を行うことである。特に対人関係に関しては、対面の対人関係とインターネット上の対人関係の両側面に着目する。さらに、調査結果から、自傷行為者への援助方法を考案することである。
平成24年度においては、中学生を対象に実施した質問紙調査の分析を行った。質問紙においては、自傷行為の経験の有無、The Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaireの日本語版を用いて、問題行動等の行動特徴を尋ね、自傷行為者にみられる問題行動に関して検討を行った。特に男女差に着目して検討した。その結果を国際学会で発表した。
また、対人関係と自傷行為の関連については特にいじめに着目して検討を行った。いじめについては、学校場面などにおける対面のいじめとインターネット上のいじめ双方に着目し、検討を行った。分析を行う中で、関連の仕方に男女間で差異が見られると考えられたため、今後は特に男女差に着目しながら検討を行っていく予定である。
また、平成25年度以降に新たな調査を行えるように、尺度の選定などの準備を進めた。今後はインターネット上の対人関係に着目して自傷行為と他の問題行動との関連を検討していく予定である。

平成24年度においては、質問紙調査の結果を分析し、成果を国際学会で発表した。国際学会で発表することで、他国の研究者とも情報交換を行うことができた。また、国内の学会に出席し、関連する研究についての知見を得ることができた。学会の参加を通して、今後、研究を進めていく上で重要な示唆を得ることができた。
また、新たな調査を行う準備を進めることができた。

Strategy for Future Research Activity

今年度はいじめの被害及び加害の経験が自傷行為に与える影響について検討を行う。既に分析を始めており、7月にアイルランドで開催される15th International Congress of European Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatryにて成果を発表する予定である。また、英語論文として投稿するための準備を進めている。

Expenditure Plans for the Next FY Research Funding

研究の成果を発表するため、15th International Congress of European Society of Child and Adolescent Psychiatryに出席する予定であり、そのための旅費を計上している。また、当該研究を進めるために資料収集を行うことを予定している。その論文等の資料を整理するためのソフトの購入を予定している。
平成24年度において研究の補助のために人件費・謝金を計上していたが、今年度は研究の進捗上、必要としなかった。そのため、次年度以降に繰り越す予定である。
