Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Silicon nanosheets are a two-dimensional nanomaterial with large lateral dimensions and thickness of only nanometers, which are considered to be promising candidates for electrodes or sensing devices. Here, we have investigated the properties of silicon nanosheets modified with phenyl, phenol, or deanol groups. We have found that these nanomaterials can be applied to electrodes in a secondary battery.
