In this research, research and development of 'high performance', 'high safety','low-cost' next-generation energy storage devices by using the room-temperature ionic liquids for low carbon society as follows. (1) Generalization of the physicochemical properties of room-temperature ionic liquids, (2) Investigation of room-temperature ionic liquids for high-performance electrolyte materials, (3) Evolution in next-generation energy transduction & storage devices.
