高次精度パラメトリック時空間モデルによる機械と流体の相互作用解析手法の開発

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

最終年度は,当初の予定通り,回転を伴う計算ドメインのトポロジー変化に対応する計算手法を検討し,提案した.これをslip-interface法と名づけた.Slip-interface法の応用範囲は,非常に広く,本年度の例では,垂直軸型式風車の風車全体の解析,換気扇の解析,ターボチャージャー,ポンプなど多くのテストケースがあり,その効果を確かめた.特に,前年度から取り組んでいる温度変化のある解析として,ディスクブレーキ問題に取り組んだ.ブレーキパッドとディスクの接触を含むことから,slip-interfaceを注目する物理現象の近傍に設置する必要があり,解析精度が問われた.結果から,非常に安定性および解析精度が良好であることが分かった.なお,本温度解析手法には,温度場に対しても流体と連成する乱流モデルを提案し,良い結果を得た.
また,同様な理由でトレッドを含むタイヤの解析にslip-interface法を利用する手法を検討した.タイヤは接地面があるため,回転部の他に前年度に提案したトポロジー変化に対応する手法 (ST-TC法)を併用する手法を用いた.本手法は, slip-interface上では適応が難しく, その難点を回避するために, slip-interface法にweakly-imposed Dirichlet boundary法を適応した. 本手法は, 境界面のDirichlet boundaryコンディションを弱く設定する手法で, Discontinuous Galerkin法で一般的に採用されている手法である. 特に, メッシュ解像度が低いときに通常のDirichlet boundaryコンディションより解析精度が良く,解像度が十分な場合は両者に差異がないことも認められている. 以上の点より3手法の組み合わせにより横溝を含むタイヤの解析を実現した.
