Research Abstract

Among the Agnatha which were the most primitive vertebrate, I developed a method to collect Skein cell group and other cells group from skin frozen section of the sand lamprey (Lethenteron reissneri) using a laser micro disection (LMD) effectively. Furthermore, I extracted mRNA from these two groups. These mRNAs were subjected to next-generation sequencing to try to exhaustive analysis on expressing genes in these cells.
