Research Abstract |
We succeeded in molecular cloning of horse PLCz. We also showed that horse PLCz has higher activity compared to those in other mammalian species studied to date. As for the regulation of IP3R in pig oocytes, inhibition of polo-like kinase 1(Plk1) dramatically decreased the expression level of IP3R, suggests that Plk1 is involved in the regulation of IP3R expression at least in pig oocytes.
