濾胞性リンパ腫における幹細胞の探索と分子病理学的解析

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度においては、濾胞性リンパ腫において着目していた幹細胞集団のin vivoにおける性状の解析を行った。NOD/SCIDマウスへの移植実験により、治療抵抗性である幹細胞集団がそれ以外の集団と比較して強い腫瘍形成能を有することが証明された。また、これらの幹細胞集団における遺伝子変動について検索するため、特定の遺伝子群についてreal-time PCRを用いて検討したところ、いくつかの遺伝子群がこの幹細胞集団において発現上昇をしていることが証明された。これらの成果をまとめて現在論文投稿準備中である。
