Research Abstract |
Fortunately, we could get two brown adipogenic cell lines and identify new pro-brown adipogenic gene A by microarray and knockdown analysis during brown adipocyte differentiation. To address the new secretory proteins in mature adipocytes, we performed secretory protein profiling in mature brown and white adipocytes in the presence or absence of cAMP, glucagon signaling mimetics. This protein profiling analysis showed that cyclophilin A were secreted from both brown and white adipocytes in response to glucagon mimetic signaling.
