| Research Abstract |
関東地方の20件の家屋の居間、寝室の2か所ずつのハウスダスト採取を夏、秋にかけて2回ずつ行ったところ、80検体中79検体（99％）の室内塵で、チャタテムシが検出された。
1部屋あたりの節足動物類の検出検体数を検討すると、室内塵性ダニが最も検出数が多かったが、次にチャタテムシが多かった。部屋ごとの検出数(/g dust)をすると、チャタテムシは居間よりも寝室で検出数が多く、検出数としては、ヤケヒョウヒダニ、コナヒョウヒダニと大きな差がないことが明らかになった。チャタテムシ以外の昆虫では、コウチュウ目、ハエ目、ハチ目の昆虫の検出頻度が高かった。同時に、室内気、室内塵埃中の真菌の分離培養も行ったが、Cladosporium属やPenicillium属の検出頻度が高く、 Aspergillus属、特にA. section restrictiの検出率もかなり高い結果となった。室内浮遊真菌の分離培養コロニー数の検討では、Aspergillus属のA. section restrictiに属するA. conicusの分離コロニー数が最も高かった。ヒラタチャタテが多く検出される部屋ではこれらの真菌類の検出数も多い傾向を認めた。
Lip b 1に関しては、大量の単離精製がうまくいっておらず、Lip b 1のポリクローナル抗体の作成ができていない。現在Lip b 1のリコンビナントタンパクを作成すべく準備中である。

Reason
Lip b 1の単離精製が十分量行うことが困難であったため、当該年度は、室内汚染の実態調査を優先して行った。
室内環境調査は20件の家屋で順調に行うことができたため、ハウスダストを保存してある。このハウスダストを利用して今後、Lip b 1汚染の実態を検討する予定である。

Lip b 1のリコンビナントタンパクを作成するべく準備中である。現在、ヒラタチャタテ虫体からのRNAの抽出を終了し、これをもとにｃDNAを作成する予定である。その後、Lip b 1のリコンビナントタンパクを作成する。子のリコンビナントタンパクによりウサギを免疫し、ポリクローナル抗体を作成する予定である。

| Expenditure Plans for the Next FY Research Funding |
H24年度でLip b 1のポリクローナル抗体作成の委託研究ができなかったため、その分の研究費をH25年度に使用することとした。H25年度のLip b 1のリコンビナントタンパクの作成は委託研究で行う予定であり、この委託業務に50万以上のコストが必要になる見込み。
