Research Abstract |
Adenovirus vector expressing IgG signal peptide(ss)-cell penetrating peptide(Atp)-E7 pRb-binding peptide(RbB)-E7 c-myc-binding peptide(MycB)-pentameric COMP domain peptide(COMP)-6xHis was constructed. Several deletion variants as well as vector containing partial HPV E6 peptide were also generated. Cell lines such as HeLa, CaSki, C33a, and A431 were infected with these adenoviruses to examine the cytotoxicity. Growth inhibition was observed only in HPV18 positive HeLa.
