Research Abstract |
I examined the interaction with the surrounding fat of the mammary gland and mammary gland tissue. The NMuMG (normal mouse mammary gland) was used as a instead of the mammary epithelial cells. Furthermore, the mouse DFAT(dedifferentiated fat cell) with the properties of stem cells derived from mature adipocytes in our laboratory was used as a instead of the fat tissue around the mammary gland.Using the Matrigel, NMuMG exhibited ductal-like structures when co-cultured with DFAT. Thus, in the mammary gland regeneration, it was considered to use the DFAT would be useful.
