Outline of Final Research Achievements |
By considering the objective and withstand indicators stress response by pain, aimed at suppression of the early post-operative pain. Salivary α-amylase activity may potentially can become objective stress markers have been suggested. Future it also considered to require additional examination. Also, tryptase from mast cells bind to PAR-2 which is present in the free nerve endings of primary afferent fibers, neurogenic inflammation induced by activated. PAR-2 are involved in the establishment of early postoperative pain, later it thinks that other factors are involved. As a future research agenda, it is planned to study.
