Research Abstract |
Recent developments of computational environments have facilitated theoretical and practical researches of Bayesian statistical methodologies. This study developed novel and useful Bayesian statistical methods for clinical and epidemiological researches. In particular, we developed efficient methodologies for high-dimensional genome data analyses and molecular diagnosis. In addition, we studied complex epidemiological study designs and their efficient estimating methods, and developed statistical methods for network meta-analyses.
