Research Abstract |
It has been considered hitherto in my research how the monetary economy developed in ancient China, why multiple monies influenced to the ancient Chinese society, and how people attempted to control it. As a part of such a broad theme, I have proceeded a following study between 2012 and 2013. In conclusion, the monetary economy between the latter half of the Western Han period and the Xin period did not change so much as is widely expected. Rather, it was a successive process, and we had better said that the monetary economy changed revolutionary after the emperor Wu period.
