Research Abstract |
In the nursery of six places, I have conducted a childcare conference. In addition, I have conducted a survey on the collegiality of four times in two years to 409 childcare worker. I compared the intervention and control groups of childcare conference. From the comparative studies, the intervention group was found that compared to the control group, collegiality was significantly increased. Childcare conference proved that to contribute to the building of collegiality.
